DarkSide Window Tinting is based at 1497 Railroad Ave in Clovis, California. Our shop and install crews cover the entire Central Valley for residential, automotive, and small-to-mid commercial work. For larger commercial projects and multi-site portfolio rollouts, we travel far beyond the Valley.

Residential & automotive: Central Valley

For homes and vehicles, our practical service range runs from Madera in the north to Kingsburg and Selma in the south, and from Kerman in the west to the Sierra foothills in the east. That covers the Fresno-Clovis metro, Madera, Selma, Sanger, Reedley, Kingsburg, Fowler, Parlier, Kerman, and the foothill communities along Highway 168 and Highway 180. Most auto customers drop off at the Clovis shop; most residential quotes are done in person at the property.

Commercial: statewide California

Commercial window film is a different animal. When the project is worth the drive - a full-building solar retrofit, a security-film upgrade for a school district, a multi-site retail rollout, a decorative and manifestation package for a corporate campus - we send crews across California. That routinely includes:

• South of us: Bakersfield, Visalia, Tulare, Hanford, and the greater Kern and Tulare county commercial corridors.
• North of us: Merced, Modesto, Stockton, and the Sacramento metro - state government buildings, medical office parks, and retail portfolios.
• West of us: the San Francisco Bay Area - San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco, and the Peninsula, primarily for tech-campus decorative and privacy film, security film for ground-floor retail, and solar retrofits for older office stock.
• Coastal: the Monterey Bay and Central Coast for hospitality, wine-country tasting rooms, and coastal commercial buildings that need solar and salt-tolerant film.

For property management companies, franchise operators, school districts, and general contractors running work across California, we coordinate multi-site schedules, single points of contact, and consolidated invoicing. We've also traveled into Nevada and Oregon for portfolio rollouts when a national client needed the same install crew across their properties.

How we decide the trip

We don't publish a rigid mileage limit. Practically: if it's a residential job or a single vehicle, the Central Valley is the sensible range. If it's a commercial project that justifies mobilization - typically 2,000 square feet of film or more, or a multi-site scope - we'll quote it anywhere in California. Ask us. If it doesn't make sense, we'll tell you honestly and point you toward a good installer closer to your project.
