By using our website or booking a service with DarkSide Window Tinting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting, paint protection film, and related services. Service availability, timelines, and pricing may change without notice until confirmed in a written quote.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms have been agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods disclosed at the time of booking.

All automotive and residential film installations carry a manufacturer-backed lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking, and adhesive failure for the original owner. Commercial film warranties vary by product and are typically about 12 years. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, aftermarket alterations, glass breakage, or normal wear.

You are responsible for waiting the recommended cure time before rolling down windows or cleaning tinted surfaces, and for following aftercare instructions we provide. Failure to follow aftercare may void warranty coverage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DarkSide Window Tinting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
